Cobalt-Dipped Stoneware Bottle, Stamped "HIRAM.WHEATON / 1875," Northeastern U.S. origin, cylindrical bottled with tapered, semi-rounded spout, the interior neck covered in bright cobalt slip. Front impressed "HIRAM.WHEATON;" reverse impressed "1875". Surface wear to top of cylindrical section of bottle. Some wear to base. Some light wear to interior of spout.
