Small-Sized Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Baltimore, MD origin, circa 1825, approximately half-gallon to three-quart cylindrical jar with tooled base and rounded rim, decorated on the front and back with a boldly-brushed cobalt clover plant. Excellent color. Two minor base nicks. Small flake to edge on underside. Otherwise excellent condition.
