Three-Gallon Stoneware Water Cooler with Cobalt Floral Decoration, attributed to the Remmey Pottery, Philadelphia, PA, circa 1865, cylindrical cooler with stepped shoulder, circular bung hole, and lug handles, decorated with a flowering plant featuring fan-shaped blossoms extending from the bung hole. Reverse with horizontal fan-shaped floral decoration. Top-to-bottom crack from rim on reverse. Hairlines to rim area on front. Minor 1" line in bung hole.
