Glazed Redware Handled Jar, probably John Corliss, Days Ferry, ME, early 19th century, cylindrical jar with rounded shoulder, flared rim, and applied strap handle, the surface decorated with splashed manganese. Incised "16" on underside. A shallow chip and wear to handle. Light wear to surface. Glaze wear and roughness to rim. H 5 3/4".
