Rare Two-Gallon Stoneware Crock with Cobalt Flying Bird and the Inscription "Super Fine," attributed to Seymour & Bosworth, Hartford, CT, circa 1875, cylindrical crock with tooled shoulder, semi-rounded rim, and applied lug handles, decorated with a solid cobalt bird in flight above the slogan "Super Fine" within a wreath. Rim chips. Some fry to cobalt.
