Glazed Southern Redware Bowl, Stamped "JUGTOWN WARE," NC origin, 20th century, with tapered sides and squared, open handles, the interior and exterior covered in a speckled lead-based glaze over an orange ground. Exterior with light brown brushwork. Small glaze flakes on one handle. A small glaze flake on opposite handle. A minor chip and some small glaze flakes to rim. 2 1/2" hairline from rim. H 5 3/4" ; Diameter 10 3/4".
