Two Stripe-Decorated Stoneware Wax Sealers, Western PA origin, both of similar tapered form, one decorated with five alternating straight and wavy cobalt stripes, the other decorated with six straight stripes of cobalt. Shorter example with cracks at base and 1" wedge missing from underside. Taller jar with several cracks, the shoulder secured with two pieces of wire. Both jars also have chips to interior of rim. H (of shorter example) 9 1/2".
