Westerwald Stoneware Jar, German origin, 19th century, ovoid jar with tooled base and shoulder, flattened rim, and open loop handles, decorated with a stylized cobalt drape and tassel design on the front and back, as well as dashes along the handle. Hairline around shoulder. Stone ping to shoulder. Shallow chip to interior of rim. H 7 3/4".
