Two-Gallon Stoneware Jar, attributed to the Remmey Pottery, Philadelphia, PA, circa 1865, ovoid jar with rounded foot, tall collar, and ribbed handles, decorated with flowers on the front and back. Two minor base chips. A few small rim chips and a larger rim chip. Hairlines around base and hairlines extending up from base. Handle chip. Thin 5" crack from rim. Two small base chips. H 12".
