Two Stoneware Bottles, Northeastern U.S. origin, third quarter 19th century, one impressed "R. GREACH 1874 / ROOT BEER," and another impressed with the large cobalt-highlighted name "J. DEVINE". Root beer bottle with spout chips, two chips to base on reverse, and reddish-brown staining. Devine bottle with minor in-the-firing line in spout. H (of Devine bottle) 10 3/4".
