Two Pottery Chicken Waterers, 19th century, a Bristol-slip-glazed stoneware waterer with large finial, paired with a heavy red-clayed waterer with white-coated surface. Stoneware example in as-made condition with a minor glazed-over chip to base on reverse. Redware example with various in-the-making separations in clay. H (of stoneware example) 9".
