Stoneware Milkpan with Heavy Cobalt Floral Decoration, Baltimore, MD origin, circa 1840, tapered form with pouring spout and small tab handles, decorated completely around with brushed cobalt swags and hanging flowers. Brushed cobalt dash under each handle. Provenance: Laurence Fish Estate, Trenton, NJ. Heavy chipping to one handle. Several rim chips. H 4" ; Diameter 11 1/2".
