Scarce Two-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Churn, Baltimore, MD origin, circa 1875, cylindrical form with rounded shoulder, tall flaring collar, and applied lug handles, decorated on the front and back with a brushed two-stemmed clover plant. Chips to both handles. Four rim chips. H 14 1/2".
