One-Gallon Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Floral Decoration, attributed to the Remmey Pottery, Philadelphia, PA, circa 1865, cylindrical jar with tooled shoulder and squared rim, decorated with a series of brushed cobalt leaves around the shoulder. Y-shaped hairline on underside. Small rim chip with 5" hairline extending downward from it. Additional small rim chip. H 10 1/4".
