Two-Gallon Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Floral Decoration, attributed to the Remmey Pottery, Philadelphia, PA, circa 1860, ovoid jar with rounded foot, heavily-tooled shoulder, and ribbed lug handles, decorated on the front and back with a two-stemmed flowering plant design. Area underneath each handle decorated with a flower. Base chips. H 12 1/2".
