Three-Gallon Stoneware Crock with Cobalt Floral Decoration, PA origin, circa 1870, cylindrical crock with tooled shoulder and applied lug handles, decorated with a slip-trailed cobalt stem bearing brushed leaves and flowers. Slip-trailed "3" at base. 3/4" filled and colored chip on front. Two minor rim nicks, 1 1/2" chip on top of rim and chips on interior of rim. Lines under one handle, which do not extend through to interior. H 10".
