One-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jar, Stamped "E.H. FARRAR / NORTH BAY," circa 1850, ovoid jar with tooled shoulder, semi-rounded rim, and applied lug handles, decorated with a brushed cobalt flower and cobalt highlighting the maker's mark. Large handle chip. 3" and 2" hairlines from rim on reverse. H 8".
