Four-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Crock, Stamped "WEST TROY, / POTTERY," New York State origin, circa 1870, straight-sided crock with tooled shoulder and applied lug handles, decorated with a slip-trailed cobalt leaf design. 4 1/4" hairline under one handle. Chip on exterior of rim and small chip on interior of rim. Some fry to cobalt. Some staining to surface. H 11 1/2".
