Two Stoneware Jars with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "WM E WARNER / WEST TROY.," NY State origin, mid 19th century, each of ovoid, handled form, one with brushed tulip motif accented with spots, the other with large, abstract slip-trailed floral motif. Cobalt highlights to maker's mark. Provenance: William Bouck Collection. Smaller jar with a rim chip on reverse, an in-the-firing flake base flake on reverse, and some staining. Larger jar with staining throughout and a very large (approximately 6") in-the-firing flake to interior of rim. H (of larger) 9 1/2".
