Two Stoneware Jars with Cobalt Stripe Decoration, Western PA origin, circa 1880, each of ovoid form with flattened rim, brush-decorated with three freehand stripes. Shorter in excellent condition with minor fry to cobalt, some surface residue, and a small amount of white paint to underside. Taller with various cracks (mostly thin) and staining. H (of shorter) 6 1/4".
