Open-Handled Alkaline-Glazed Stoneware Jar, Crawford County, GA origin, second half 19th century, ovoid jar with flared collar and two vertical strap handles applied at the shoulder, the surface decorated with a streaky olive to dark-brown alkaline glaze. Provenance: Dr. Raymond L. Owen Collection; Crocker Farm, Inc., July 22, 2017, lot 333. Excellent, essentially as-made condition. H 10".
