Iron-Decorated Stoneware Jug, Stamped "BOSTON.," Frederick Carpenter, Charlestown, MA, early 19th century, ovoid jug with heavily tooled foot and tooled, semi-rounded spout, decorated with lightly dipped iron decoration to the upper and lower body. As-made condition with various in-the-firing flaws to surface. H 11 3/4".
