Half-Gallon Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Baltimore, MD origin, circa 1850, cylindrical jar with tooled shoulder and squared rim, brush-decorated with a hanging fan-shaped floral motif and two groups of swags descending from the shoulder. Some residue from use to surface. Otherwise excellent condition. H 8 3/8".
