Large-Sized Redware Loaf Dish with Two-Color Slip Decoration, Philadelphia, PA origin, late 18th century, rectangular form with coggled edge, the interior profusely decorated in yellow slip with slip-trailed lines, overlain with copper splotches, and covered in a clear lead glaze. Professionally restored from broken fragments. Dimensions: 16 1/8" x 11 3/4".
