Glazed Stoneware Pitcher, Stamped "JGB .," Joseph Gregory Baynham, Trenton, SC, late 19th century, ovoid pitcher with flaring collar, the exterior coated in a mottled brown glaze, the interior coated in a cream-colored Bristol-type glaze. Impressed with "JGB ." stamp near midsection. Provenance: Richard and Cindy Pearce Collection. A shallow 1 1/8" flake to handle and other minor handle wear. A shallow 3/4" chip to interior of spout. Some light scatttered surface flakes near base on reverse/proper right side. Typical staining to interior. H 11 1/2".
