Two Stoneware Jars with Cobalt Floral Decoration, attributed to D.P. Shenfelder, Reading, PA, circa 1870, both of similar ovoid form, a half-gallon and one-gallon jar, each brush-decorated with related tulip motifs. Smaller jar with a 1 1/8" rim chip and small base chip. Larger jar with a semi-circular surface line in underside, not visible on interior, and exfoliation to interior base. H (of shorter) 6 1/8".
