Three Pieces of Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware, Northeastern U.S. origin, fourth quarter 19th century, a six-gallon crock and three-gallon jug, both unmarked, together with a three-gallon jug with the impressed advertising, "B. PERKINS & CO. / MANCHESTER N. H.." Advertising jug with restored cracks, some fry to cobalt, and an in-the-firing iron ping to left of decoration. Six-gallon crock with an area of exfoliation to left side and reverse and a minor in-the-firing iron ping to right of decoration. Three-gallon jug in excellent condition with staining and mottling to surface. H (of advertising jug) 15 3/4".
