Two Small-Sized Stoneware Jars with Cobalt Floral Decorations, attributed to the Remmey Family, Philadelphia, PA, third quarter 19th century, both of cylindrical form, the larger with brushed swag-and-hanging-flower decoration around shoulder, attributed to Henry Harrison Remmey, circa 1860, the smaller with brushed fan-shaped floral decoration around shoulder, attributed to Richard Clinton Remmey, circa 1875. Larger in excellent condition with very minor water glass staining. Smaller with a 1 3/4" hairline from rim. H (of smaller jar) 7 1/4".
