Half-Gallon Stoneware Pitcher with Cobalt Clover Decoration, Baltimore, MD origin, circa 1875, vasiform pitcher with footed base, tooled shoulder, and rounded rim, brush-decorated with a two-stemmed clover plant design. Clover decoration to shoulder area. Cobalt highlights to handle terminals. Restoration to spout and rim area. Some additional restoration to rim on reverse. A 4" hairline to underside, continuing 4 1/4" up left side of pitcher. H 8 1/4".
