Rare Small-Sized Stoneware Jug, Stamped "PAUL.CUSHMAN.S:STONEWARE.FACTORY.1809," Albany, NY origin, 1809, ovoid jar with semi-rounded mouth, the salt-glazed surface featuring streaks of brown slip, created when the interior was coated. Desirable mark and size. Restoration to exfoliation throughout much of jug's bottom half. H 7 3/4".
