Large-Sized Tanware Pitcher, New Geneva or Greensboro, PA origin, circa 1885, highly-ovoid pitcher with tall, flaring collar, the midsection decorated in Albany slip with a sweeping floral motif between freehand stripes. Collar decorated with graduated swags and inverted swags below. Dashes to spout and stripe at rim. Albany slip highlights to handle terminal. Rim chip. Otherwise excellent condition. H 8 1/4".
