Two Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Crocks, Western PA origin, circa 1875-1885, both of cylindrical form with stenciled and freehand decoration, a four-gallon example stenciled "HAMILTON & JONES. / GREENSBORO. PA," paired with a five-gallon example stenciled "WILLIAMS & REPPERT / GREENSBORO. PA." Four-gallon crock in excellent condition. Five-gallon crock in excellent condition with staining and some minor surface wear. H (of five-gallon crock) 13 1/2".
