Molded Stoneware Hunt Scene Pitcher, attributed to American Pottery Company, Jersey City, NJ, circa 1838-1850, hound-handled pitcher with relief decoration of hounds taking down a stag and boar, the shoulder with relief grapevine motif. Mottled brown glaze to exterior. Very nice condition. A small chip to spout, which appears to be in-the-making chip. Staining to interior. H 10 7/8".
