Rare Small-Sized Stoneware Jug with Alkaline Glaze, attributed to Shimuel Timmerman, Lanier County, GA, circa 1880, cylindrical jug with flared spout and semi-squared mouth, the surface covered in a runny green alkaline glaze over a light clay ground. Spout with two chips and a minor nick. Otherwise excellent condition. H 9".
