Six Glazed Redware Articles, American, 19th century, an ovoid lead-and-manganese-glazed jar with incised wavy combing; two ovoid jars; a jug with mottled cream-colored glaze, including orange spotting, Northeastern U.S. origin; a lead-and-manganeze-glazed jug, stamped "D. COPE" on underside, Chester County, PA origin; and a small, cylindrical jar. Taller jug in fair condition with surface flakes and wear to spout and handle. All others in very good to excellent condition with wear, the Cope jug including chips to underside along bottom edge. H (of tallest) 10 1/2".
