Six Glazed Redware Articles, New England origin, 19th century, a miniature ovoid jug; a cylindrical jar with brushed manganese decoration over a mottled green-and-orange ground; and three lids with different glazes. Jug with two short hairlines to interior of spout, a hairline running from spout to shoulder, some small flakes to surface and handle, and staining. Smaller manganese-glazed lid with two flecks of glaze. Larger manganese-glazed lid with a fleck on glaze loss to knob and other minor wear. Orange lid with minor wear. Smallest lid with two chips to knob. H (of jug) 4 1/2" ; H (of jar) 10 1/2" ; Diam. (of smallest lid) 4 1/2".
