Alkaline-Glazed Stoneware Jug, attributed to B.F. Landrum, Horse Creek Valley, Edgefield District, SC, circa 1850, ovoid jug with tapered spout, the surface covered in a light, greenish alkaline glaze with darker runs to one side. Provenance: A South Carolina private collection. Excellent condition with minor surface wear. H 14 3/4".
