Two Pieces of Ohio Stoneware, mid 19th century, a two-gallon ovoid jug with cobalt floral decoration related to Nathan Clark designs from his Mount Morris, NY pottery, stamped "I.M. MEAD / Mogadore, / Ohio;" paired with a one-gallon ovoid jar with salt glaze, stamped "D. FISK & Co.," Akron, OH origin. Provenance: Jug ex-Harmer Rooke Galleries, New York, NY. Mead jug with all-over wear to surface. Fisk jar with all-over painted restoration and a large, unrestored reglued section.
