Two Glazed Redware Jugs, American, 19th century, an ovoid jug with tooled shoulder and flared spout, covered in a clear lead glaze over a pumpkin-orange ground; paired with a semi-ovoid jug with flattened spout and lead glaze over a mottled light-green ground. Taller jug with two spout chips, some additional edge wear to spout, a horizontal crack through handle and some chipping to base. Shorter jug with light spout wear and two minor handle nicks, and a minor in-the-firing base nick. H (of taller jug) 13" ; H (of shorter jug) 9".
