Rare Glazed Redware "Test" Flowerpot, PA origin, circa 1880, tapered flowerpot with tooled shoulder and attached saucer, incised on the underside with the components of the pot's clay, reading "2 Parts / Rich glay(sic) / 1 Part Red / ground." Reglued breaks to saucer. A few colored chips to rim. A colored chip to shoulder molding. Some colored wear to rim of saucer. H 5 1/2" ; Diam. (across top) 6 1/8".
