Two Pieces of Salt-Glazed Stoneware, NC origin, second or third quarter 19th century, a half-gallon jug with tooled spout and shoulder, the surface covered in a salt glaze over a brownish ground, possibly Webster family; paired with a highly-ovoid jar with angled rim and arched lug handles, the surface covered in a salt glaze over a brownish ground. Jug in excellent condition with salt drips to surface. Jar with large stone ping to rim, rim chips, and handle chips.
