Two Pieces of Glazed Redware, PA and New England origin, 19th century, a lead-glazed stew pot with mottled orange and dark-olive ground, New England origin; paired with a miniature ovoid jar with daubed manganese decoration and clear lead glaze, Pennsylvania origin. Jar with some glaze flakes to rim. Stew pot with a large rim chip, some minor flakes to right side, and a small in-the-firing contact mark to left side. H (of stew pot) 7 /8" ; H (of jar) 2 7/8".
