Two Half-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jars, Philadelphia, PA origin, 19th century, both of cylindrical form, one with four brushed vertical flowers around the body, attributed to Henry H. Remmey, and one with swag decoration, attributed to his son, Richard C. Remmey. Henry Remmey jar in excellent condition with minor chipping to base. Richard Remmey jar in excellent, essentially as-made condition. H (of shorter jar)8 3/8".
