Two-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jug, Stamped "RUM", attributed to Branch Green, Philadelphia, PA, circa 1810's, ovoid jug with flared, heavily-tooled spout, decorated with a cobalt stripe around the shoulder, below the word, "RUM". Numerous small, shallow base chips. Two small spout chips on reverse. In-the-firing crazing to handle.
