Two Small Pieces of Southern Stoneware, 19th and/or 20th centuries, a tapered mug with gray-green alkaline glaze, incised "AM" and "S" on underside, Arie Meaders, Cleveland, GA, circa 1960; paired with a miniature alkaline-glazed jug with traces of rutile, NC origin, late 19th or 20th century. Mug in excellent, essentially as-made condition. Jug with shallow chip to interior of spout. H (of mug) 2 5/8" ; Diameter (across top) 3 3/4" ; H (of jug) 2 1/4".
