Quart-Sized Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Canning Jar with Rose Motif, Stenciled "Hamilton & Jones", Greensboro, PA, circa 1875, cylindrical jar with tooled shoulder and "wax sealer" rim, featuring a stenciled design of curved stem with rose, below the arched stenciling, "Hamilton & Jones". Heavy shallow chipping to interior of rim. H 6 1/2".
