Scarce Small-Sized Glazed Redware Jar, Stamped "V. RUDOLPH", Shippensburg, PA, circa 1870, ovoid jar with rounded rim, the surface covered in a reddish-brown lead-and-manganese glaze. Underside impressed with "V. RUDOLPH" maker's mark. Good condition with some rim wear. H 4 5/8".
