Three Glazed Redware Articles, American, 19th century, two pipkins, one with sponged manganese decoration, the other with spattered manganese decoration, together with a tapered bowl with coggled shoulder and sponged manganese decoration. Ovoid pipkin in excellent condition with minor wear. Cylindrical pipkin with wear to rim area and handle, as well as light wear to base and two base chips. Bowl with two cracks from rim, one of which is Y-shaped, as well as exfoliation to the interior. Provenance: Dr. Raymond L. Owen Collection. H (of ovoid pipkin) 5 1/8".
