Two Small-Sized Stoneware Jars with Cobalt Decoration, PA origin, circa 1875, a quart-sized, baluster-form jar with swag decoration, attributed to Richard C. Remmey, Philadelphia, PA; paired with a quart-sized cylindrical jar with swag decoration, Southeastern PA origin. Provenance: Collection of Lorren Lambert, Staunton, VA. Baluster-form jar in excellent, essentially as-made condition. Cylindrical jar with rim chips. H (of baluster-form jar) 6 1/4".
