Slip-Decorated Redware Plate, Philadelphia, PA origin, early to mid 19th century, with coggled edge, the interior decorated with wavy trails of yellow slip. Excellent condition with a 5/8" in-the-firing contact mark / glaze flake at rim, two minor in-the-firing contact marks to reverse, and some expected, extremely minor rim wear. Diameter 9 3/4".
